The
Roman Society publishes two journals - the Journal of
Roman Studies and Britannia - and two associated series of
monographs - Journal of Roman Studies Monographs
and Britannia Monographs. Both journals are
published in November/December each year. JRS contains articles and
reviews of books about the history, archaeology, literature and art of Rome, Italy
and the Roman Empire down to about A.D. 700. Britannia also contains
articles and reviews but specifically on Roman Britain.
